Who’s Behind the Naughty Gnome?

We’re Norm and Norma, a pair of lifelong retail hunters with more than 40 years of experience finding unusual things for stores around the world. You could say we’ve always had an eye for the offbeat. During the long quiet stretch of the Covid lockdown in Northern Europe, we wandered away from our usual home interiors path and stumbled into something unexpected. Garden gnomes. Some made us laugh, a few made us blush, and before we knew it, Naughty Gnome had a name.

Our mission has stayed the same from day one. We look for gifts that feel different. A little quirky. A little bold. Sometimes even a little cringy in the best possible way. Whether it is a snarky mug, a playful apron, a cheeky gnome with personality, or a funny piece of decor, we believe gifts should never be dull.
